Even with that, Phon admits that there are a few flaws. His idea could catch on and many other social communities will start paying their members monthly residuals like PhonOnline. That would mean intense competition if sites like YouTube and MySpace ever jumped on the bandwagon. Thoughts like these, however, only strengthen Phon's resolve.

"These social community giants have one flaw?they're already too big. No one knows PhonOnline exists, except for business affiliates, and that is by design because we haven't launched yet.
